This was my first trip to Southern Spain and I was totally excited to get out on the roads. The beginning in Lora Del Rio is a bit rote, few twisties, but once you get some elevation the roads are amazing, tight, twisty, varied elevation, some blind corners and BUSES...watch for buses, as I was totally surprised by them. I saw bus stops and thought, o way, there can be buses here, but I was wrong. I don speak Spanish and didn find anyone who spoke English. I stayed in Canjayar the first night and in Granada the second. This was not a particularly long route but I choose to break it up to really SEE the area. Canjayar area is SPECTACULAR!! From Granada I went to another mountain village, Alajar. Ill post a second map.
