According to Road Curvature this is the twisitiest road in all of New York state, via their algorithm calculations. It's a decent road with sandy edges, but no real issues other than the north end being lumpy and a decent pot hole some where in the middle.

Lots of boats are around the area, and it does shrink down to 1.75 lanes, or so, on the north end, so be careful.

All in all, if you're thirsty for twisties in upstate NY...this is your playground, because there ain't much else around, really.
